Producing “organic” doesn’t simply mean for us avoiding use of chemicals, but actively contributing to the improvement and diversification of local biodiversity, so that a naturally perfect balance is created between different animal and plant species.
We can boast of producing very high quality grapes, which give rise to wines that still keep intact all the organoleptic characteristics linked to the territory, offering the palate a sip of Sicily.
The Mignechi wine is obtained only from hand-picked grapes, which are vinified with traditional systems and briefly aged in oak barriques. Ideal to combine with intense flavor meats. Ruby red color and hints of cocoa, clove, chocolate, black pepper, black currant and vanilla.
