WINES

Producing “organic” for us does not simply mean avoiding the use of chemicals, but actively contribute to the improvement and diversification of local biodiversity, to create a naturally perfect balance between the different animal and plant species.

We can boast of producing grapes of the highest quality, which give rise to wines that still keep intact all the organoleptic characteristics related to the territory, offering the palate a sip of Sicily.

Mignechi wine is obtained only from grapes harvested by hand, which are vinified with traditional systems and briefly aged in oak barrels. Ideal with meat with an intense flavor and game. Ruby red color and hints of cocoa, clove, chocolate, black pepper, blackcurrant and Vanigli
